How to Order ऑर्डर कैसे करें
You can buy a single piece or a full lot. Both are welcome.
आप एक पीस भी ले सकते हैं और थोक में भी। दोनों स्वागत है।
1. Retail or wholesale — you choose

The discount applies to the same design. Ten different designs do not add up to the wholesale rate — it must be ten of the same item.
छूट एक ही डिज़ाइन पर लागू होती है। अलग-अलग डिज़ाइन जोड़कर 10 नहीं गिने जाएँगे।
A product priced at ₹500.
Buy 5 pieces → ₹500 each = ₹2,500.
Buy 10 pieces → ₹400 each = ₹4,000. You save ₹1,000.
500 रुपये का माल, 10 पीस लेने पर 400 रुपये प्रति पीस।
2. Steps to place an order
Use the search bar or pick a category from the menu.
सर्च करें या श्रेणी चुनें।
Choose your quantity. For 10+ of one design the rate drops automatically.
कार्ट में डालें, मात्रा चुनें।
For large orders, or to check colour, size or live stock, message us before paying.
बड़े ऑर्डर के लिए पहले पूछ लें।
Pay online or choose Cash on Delivery. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp.
भुगतान करें, ट्रैकिंग व्हाट्सएप पर मिलेगी।
3. Choosing colour and size
Where a design comes in several colours, the options are listed on the product page. If you want a specific mix of colours or sizes within one design, message us on WhatsApp with the design name and what you need — we will confirm what is available before you pay.
रंग और साइज़ का मिश्रण चाहिए तो व्हाट्सएप पर डिज़ाइन का नाम और ज़रूरत बताइए।
4. Confirming stock
The website shows current stock. For bulk orders we strongly recommend confirming on WhatsApp first, because large lots move quickly.
बड़े ऑर्डर से पहले व्हाट्सएप पर स्टॉक की पुष्टि कर लें।
5. Payment
UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed, unless separate credit terms have been agreed in writing.
यूपीआई, कार्ड, नेटबैंकिंग, बैंक ट्रांसफर, या कैश ऑन डिलीवरी।
6. GST billing
We are GST registered under 22GCYPD7598L1ZK. A GST invoice is provided with every order. If you need the invoice raised against your shop’s GSTIN, send it to us on WhatsApp when you place the order.
हर ऑर्डर पर जीएसटी बिल मिलता है। अपनी दुकान के जीएसटी नंबर पर बिल चाहिए तो बता दीजिए।
7. Dispatch and delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy.
8. Tracking
Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp once your parcel leaves us.
9. Returns and exchange
In-store exchange within 15 days with the bill. For courier orders, report damage, shortage or a wrong item within 48 hours with an unboxing video. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
